NextChristmas.com offers FREE Shipping on all orders over 25$ to anywhere in the US and Canada. If order is under 25$, shipping fee is only 10$. If you’d like your order within 1-2 business days, you can choose the EXPRESS Shipping option at checkout. This costs an additional fee of 25$.

When and how do I get my refund?
The refund is issued as soon as we receive your return package. We will credit the full amount to your original payment method. You should also expect to get a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
What is the exchange procedure?
If you’d like to do an exchange rather than a refund, it’s no problem at all. Call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your exchange request. If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust the costs accordingly.
What if the product is damaged or defective?
In the rare event, that you receive a product that’s defective or damaged, we’ll replace it. All we ask is that you send us pictures of the condition. Once we’ve identified the problem, we’ll send you a brand new product and issue a 10% refund to your original payment method.
